This notice explains what happens to your information when you sign up for vision board tips by email on this website. Downloading the free bonus kit needs no sign-up and collects no personal data. We keep it short and simple.
Who we are

What we collect
- Email address, and your first name if you choose to give it (it is optional).
- Source book: which of our books a link refers to (for example Women, Kids or Travel), when the link you used contains it. It helps us send you the right tips.
- Your consent (the checkbox) with the date and time you gave it.
- Basic email statistics, such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, collected by our email provider.
This website does not use cookies, advertising pixels or analytics. Our hosting provider processes technical data (such as your IP address) only to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
Why we use it
- To send you a welcome email with the link to the bonus kit.
- To send you a few short emails with vision board tips and news about our books.
The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.
Who processes it
Our email list is managed by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which stores and sends emails on our behalf as a data processor under a data processing agreement and EU data protection law. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe we may keep your email address on a suppression list only to make sure you are not emailed again.
Unsubscribe
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click removes you from the list.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under the GDPR and California under the CCPA/CPRA), you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw your consent. We will never treat you differently for using these rights. Write to {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are under 16 (or under the age of digital consent where you live), please ask a parent or guardian to sign up for you. If you think a child has signed up, write to us and we will delete the data.

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
